Reconstruction of office building Olbrachtova 5 in Prague

The OLBRACHTOVA 5 office building, designed 25 years ago by the prominent Czech architect Josef Pleskot, is a solitary shaped building with approximate floor plan dimensions of 28 x 27 m on four floors.

The reconstruction follows the tradition of smaller administrative buildings of solid non-anonymous companies. In the process, all five floors were completely demolished and then architectural designs for each floor began to take shape. PBW GROUP collaborated on these designs with CRE8, a company that specializes in supplying office furniture for office spaces.

The individual offices and meeting rooms are separated by MICRA II glass partitions and plasterboard panels. On the ground floor, LIKO-Space sliding walls are used for a flexible and optimal space solution. The original monolithic concrete ceilings have remained and are partially covered with acoustic solitary ceilings.
